The purposes of this research were to study the suitable pattern in knowledge management using R-Radio Network for studying the R-Radio Network career development and to demonstrate the short-term vocational knowledge management to the community by using the radio network for the R-Radio Network career development. The target group was the 22 Information Technology experts in knowledge management, the 22 Administrative experts, the 98 the short-term learners in year 2554 including teachers and assistant teachers, and the short-term learners in year 2554 consist of 32 who learn about the artificial flower, 32 who learn about sewing, 32 who learn about the face spa, and 12 teachers/assistant teachers who teach in these courses. The research instruments consisted of the questionnaires and interviews that were made by the researcher by studying from documents and relevant researches. The data were analyzed by finding the frequency, percentage, average, and standard derivation. The result of the study summarized as follows: 1. The result of the development of the suitable pattern in knowledge management using R-Radio Network for studying the R-Radio Network career development founded that this pattern affected to the study with the increasing performance because the students from the terminal classroom could respond and ask about their questions with the teacher from the main classroom. Moreover, teacher could observe everything in the terminal classroom then these factors made both the terminal and main classroom develop together and in the same direction. 2. The result of the demonstration from using the short-term vocational knowledge management to the community by using the radio network for the R-Radio Network career development founded that this pattern could make the maximum benefits to the learners, especially the learners who have learnt far from the learning center. This also saved the costs and time; especially learners could gain the knowledge by themselves. Furthermore, Mr. Chalearm Yusrimarak, secretary of BOGA(Bureau of General Administration)(2551:3) said about the quality development of the vocational teaching management, adjusting of the processes of the knowledge transference from the college to learners in high-efficiency, and reducing the costs for learners by using ICT as a tool which have to be developed. Moreover, Mrs. Suwannee Khummun, associate-secretary of the National Economic and Social Development Plan boards (2551:14), told about the directions of the Tenth plan of the national development that the social world has changed readily so the Vocation has to change as fast as the changes, especially changes to be a lifelong learning. Thai societies have become to the elder society so the patterns of education needs to be adjusted and leads the new innovations to use, for responding the requirements of the community. The leading innovations need a research to develop. 3. The evaluation of the short-term course results for community using the radio network for the R-Radio Network career development founded that the learners in the main class and the terminal class have an indifferent result of the study at 0.01. The researcher thought that the suitable pattern in knowledge management using R-Radio Network for studying the R-Radio Network career development can be used in the vocational colleges and training throughout country. This research is consistent with the research of Associate Professor RuchwanKanchanapunyakom(2547:7) told that the knowledge management(KM) if the organizations would like to develop to be the learning organization so they need to manage the knowledge in the organizations to be a good system for supporting the staffs have a real and ongoing learning. The process has to continue after the staffs have a skill. Next, the organizations need to let these staffs transfer and exchange their knowledge with others. Finally, the organizations need to find the methods to keep the distinctive knowledge in the organizations systemically for using efficiently.
